I don’t mean the title of this story as a Magritte representative-reality reference. Levi Maestro‘s Infinity Piece is not a watch: it’s a black stingray leather watchband attached to a watch case, with a bezel, a dial, a date magnifier, and… no movement.
This is not some sort of digital wizardry where if you charge it in the sun, an LED will flash across the rose-gold face or something. It’s actually just a piece of jewelry, and while utilitarian heads might cringe at the designer’s rationale, we like that the piece is emblematic of “the idea that when you’re dedicated to what you love, time becomes irrelevant.”
Purchase this marvelously fashionable piece of metal & leather for $150 USD at Becomb, the designer’s label.
